Gas Pumping Station Helper – Assists GAS-PUMPING-STATION OPERATOR (power industry) in maintenance of equipment in gasholder station: Carries handtools to and from work area. Inspects equipment to detect malfunctions, for example overheating and noisy compressor. Assists in repairing equipment, using handtools. May also paint equipment to prevent corrosion. Performs other duties as described under HELPER (industry) Master Title.
