Tire Molder: Curing finisher, retread-mold operator Tends retreading mold that vulcanizes camelback (raw rubber tread) onto tire casing and molds tread design: Places air bag of specified size inside tire, using tire-spreading device, and clamps tire into mold. Inflates air bag to specified pressure and heats mold to specified temperature to cook and mold tread. Removes tire after predetermined time and trims loose ends from molded tread, using knife.
