Recreation Leader: Conducts recreation activities with assigned groups in public department of voluntary agency: Organizes, promotes, and develops interest in activities, for example arts and crafts, sports, games, music, dramatics, social recreation, camping, and hobbies. Cooperates with other staff members in conducting community wide events and works with neighborhood groups to determine recreation interests and needs of persons of all ages. Works under close supervision of RECREATION SUPERVISOR (professional industry) 187.167-238. Cooperates with recreation and nonrecreation personnel when in agency setting, for example settlement house, institution for children or aged, hospital, armed services, or penal institution.
