Tying Machine Operator – Tends tying machine that automatically wraps and ties string around bundles of products, for example cardboard boxes and finished canvas goods: Threads string through machine wrapping arm. Positions specified number of items to be tied on machine table. Depresses pedal that passes wrapping arm around items, ties knot, and cuts off string. May also visually inspect products for defects. May also keep production records.
