Cleaner 4 – Cleans interiors of manufactured buildings and makes minor repairs to correct defects, following oral instructions: Cleans interior of manufactured buildings, using broom, mop, dust cloth, and vacuum cleaner. Fills nail holes in woodwork, using putty and knife. Repairs minor defects, for example loose wall panels, missing trim, and defective door catches, using pneumatic stapler and screwdriver. Paints woodwork and soiled sections of ceiling, using paint and brush. Loads manufactured buildings components for shipment to construction site [LOADER (manufactured industry)]. May also hang curtains, using tape measure, curtain rods, screws and power screwdriver.
