Slicing Machine Operator: Tends machine that slices bread, cakes, and other bakery products: Positions and tightens cutting blades and adjusts guides to accommodate size of product to be sliced, using wrench. Starts machine. Places product on conveyor and monitors slicing action of machine. Removes sliced products from machine conveyor and places them on conveyor leading to wrappers.
