Nut Steamer: Steamer operator Immerses nuts in hot water to soften shells to facilitate shelling process: Turns valve to fill vat or kettle with water. Places nuts, for example almonds, pecans, or walnuts, into wire basket, and lowers basket into vat of hot water, using hoist. Removes basket from vat after specified time.
