Ticket Sales Supervisor: Lead ticket-sales agent, senior passenger agent, senior ticket-sales agent Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in selling tickets for scheduled airline flights in airline ticket office or terminal: Instructs and trains agents. Adjusts disputes between customers and agents. Prepares reports, for example volume of ticket sales and cash received. Maintains records on data, for example weight and location of passengers, cargo, and mail to ensure compliance with load specifications. Suggests travel itineraries for customers. May also reserve space for passengers [RESERVATIONS AGENT (air industry)] and sell tickets for scheduled flights [TICKET AGENT (industry)]. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (clerical jobs) Master Title.
